Easy Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Looking for a quick, healthy breakfast on the go? This recipe that uses Rachel's Apple Cinnamon Organic Gluten Free (Overnight) Oatmeal Mix is simple and nutritious. Filled with ingredients like gluten-free organic rolled oats, dried apples, chia seeds, hemp seeds, flaxseed meal, it provides 7 grams of satiating protein and 7 grams of tummy-filling fiber per serving (1/2 cup mix; these amounts may increase based on the type of milk and add-ins you use).
The best part - it can be made ahead of time! This recipe will show you how to make overnight oats in just 5 minutes! Ingredients:
1/2 cup Rachel's Apple Cinnamon Organic Gluten Free (Overnight) Oatmeal Mix
Add 3/4 cup almond milk, oat milk, or dairy alternative (I use oat milk)
Favorite flavorings and toppings like fruit, cinnamon, honey, nuts and/or add-ins like flax, chia, nutritional yeast, or hemp
Instructions:
Measure 1/2 cup of Rachel's Oats Measure 1/2 cup of Rachel's Oats into your jar or container (I like Pyrex Glass Food Storage).
Stir in 3/4 cup almond milk, oat milk, or dairy alternative (I used oat milk). Gently mix thoroughly.
Cover tightly with a lid and then soak for 15 minutes up to overnight in the refrigerator.
Enjoy chilled in the morning with your favorite toppings and add-ins.
