Why Can't Diabetics Drink Cranberry Juice?
Cranberry juice is a popular beverage in the United States. The consumption of cranberry juice isn't prohibited on an diabetic diet, and according to the American Diabetes Association, it's no different than any other food or drink with diabetes! However, because cranberries are higher-sugar foods compared to most others diabetics should be careful about how much they consume since maintaining blood sugar levels is important for people living with this disease.
